Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Michelle T. Pierson has extensive compensation experience in a variety of industries to include higher education and arts organizations, banking, real estate investment, professional services and research and engineering. She has provided consulting services on the development of a formal compensation program, market pricing, and the review of compensation practices and performance management. Michelle received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island. She is also a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) a designation sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
