Mark C. Kelley is the founder and principal owner of Longpoint Consulting, Inc. He has more than thirty years of results-oriented experience in the health insurance, managed care and student health industries including twenty years as a senior-level executive. He has also served as a member and board chair of boards of directors of numerous non-profit organizations. Mark has held several senior leadership positions in operations, sales and marketing. Throughout his career, he has been called upon to design and implement organizational change processes for numerous organizations. He has established a reputation for being able to revitalize failing operating divisions and refocusing organizations towards the development of a thriving service culture. Early in his career Mark was recognized by the Boston Jaycees with a Ten Outstanding Young Leaders of Boston Award. He is a graduate of Providence College and holds an MBA in Strategic Planning and Organizational Behavior from Boston College. He is also a graduate of the Duke University Fuqua School of Business Executive Leadership Forum.
